Dear Dr. Beck:
Thank you for your letter of October 12, 1972.
I will be happy to work out a reduction in the number of one inch face anvils and binding rings and increase the number of extra two inch face anvils if you desire. However, at the pressure to which the two inch face anvils will be subjected, it is anticipated that you will never break one. That is why the last quotation included so few two inch face anvil assemblies.
With respect to "what happens to our $35,000. etc.", my proprietorship of sixteen years was recently incorporated and has perpetual existance. There are others in the company fully capable of carrying on if I should die and your press would be completed and put into operation on schedule.
